Welcome to Homes of the Smokies! This is our family business, built from the ground up after we left Houston for the calm and beauty of Wears Valley more than a decade ago. We made the Smoky Mountains our home in every sense. We built our house on nine acres, raised our kids here, and slowly created an everyday kind of paradise with goats, dogs, chickens, gardens, and a long list of projects that never quite stops growing.
Because we live and invest here, we know this valley from the inside. We understand the neighborhoods, the back roads, the market rhythms, and the little details that matter when choosing a home or investment in the mountains.

I see a home as more than walls and square footage. It’s a container for a life, a place that holds memories, routines, and the rhythm of a family. As a licensed broker, I bring sharp market knowledge and steady expertise, but also an intuitive sense for how a space should feel. Whether you’re searching for an investment cabin or a long-term home, I help you choose spaces that are aligned, peaceful, and financially sound.
Alongside my work with Homes of the Smokies, I operate my Sage Spinner brand, where I weave together design, organizing, space work, and practical energetic guidance to help people create a life that feels both grounded and intentional.
Meet Jeromy
I bring decades of experience in investing, property management, and building things that last. Clients count on me for clear thinking, honest answers, and a willingness to do the hands-on work — whether that’s running numbers or climbing into a crawlspace to make sure everything checks out.
Before life in the Smokies, I served my country in the Coast Guard and spent years in the nonprofit world. I created Extra Life, a fundraising movement that has raised over 100 million dollars for sick and injured children, and worked extensively with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
I let this same problem-solving mindset and commitment to helping people guide the way I work with clients now and show up in every project around our homestead.
